When do you ship orders?

We process, ship, and deliver orders on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, depending on product availability and order volume.

How is handling time calculated?

The first business day is determined based on the following schedule (all times are IST):

  • Orders placed by 11:59 AM IST: First business day is the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST: First business day is 2 business days later.
  • Orders placed between Friday 6:00 PM IST and Monday 7:00 AM IST: First business day is Tuesday.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. However, delays may occur during peak seasons.

What Qualifies for Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.1000. For orders below Rs.1000, a flat rate shipping fee of Rs.50 applies.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping charges are based on weight and distance. We use recycled and biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible.

My package is delayed. What do I do?

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If your package is delayed, please track it directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your package is damaged in transit, we will reship it at no cost to you using the same shipping method.

My order was returned to you. Now what?

If your package is returned due to damage, we will reship it at no additional cost. If returned due to an incorrect shipping address, you have two options:

    • Option 1: Accept a refund, minus the original shipping cost.
    • Option 2: Pay the shipping cost again to reship to a corrected address.

Clean Facility – Product Safety

We prioritize our community’s health and safety. All our facilities have the highest levels of organic product and employee safety certifications, strictly following GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Shelf Life – We offer a minimum of 6 months of remaining shelf life on all products unless otherwise noted. If you prefer a longer shelf life, please contact us before ordering.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping to save you money. However, if your products don’t fit in the selected box, we’ll contact you for other shipping options.
