If a customer does not consent to replacement, we issue them an online shopping voucher equivalent to the value of the products purchased. Customers are free to choose any other products of equal value using the voucher.

If a customer does not agree to the shopping voucher, we initiate a refund to the customer’s account from which the transaction was made.

For discrepancies in products related to clothing, home improvements, gifting, and other non-food items, upon the customer’s complaint, a return is initiated. Upon successful pickup, we refund the money to the customer’s account from which the transaction occurred.

Returns and exchanges are applicable only for damaged products, not for size issues. If a particular size is selected by the customer and delivered accordingly, returns and exchanges are only applicable if the product is damaged.

Refunds for damaged products will be processed once the customer shares an unpacking video clearly showing the damages. The video needs to be sent via WhatsApp to 7204287684 or emailed to hello@kgaorganic.com.

When purchasing the Paddy Mani Toran, please measure the door size and select the appropriate size on the website. No returns are applicable if the wrong size is ordered.

Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to reflect in the bank account.
